We want you to love every Prime Find. If you're not completely satisfied we'll make it right.
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery provided:
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging is intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
How To Return
- Email administrator@primefinds.company with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days
- Ship the item back to us
- Refund issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products — all sales final due to instant delivery nature
- Opened beauty or personal care items
- Sale or clearance items marked final sale
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
